About Matthew Wojciechowski

Matthew Wojciechowski leads the Radon Be Gone Columbus operation, serving homeowners, real estate professionals, property managers, and builders throughout Central Ohio. He joined the team in 2026 with more than a decade of experience leading residential home service operations.

His leadership experience spans branch management, production, sales, service, and employee development. Today he oversees a team that designs customized radon mitigation systems built to reduce indoor radon levels while preserving the appearance and integrity of each home.

How Matthew Leads the Columbus Team

Matthew believes every mitigation system should be built with three priorities in mind: long-term performance, clean and professional installation, and an outstanding customer experience.

His approach centers on developing strong field teams, improving operational processes, and continually raising the standard for service across Central Ohio. The Radon Be Gone team serves Central Ohio homeowners with the same methodical approach on every job: careful diagnosis, quality installation, and clear communication from first call to final test.

Every system we install has to do three things: perform for the long term, look clean in the home, and leave the customer glad they called. That standard does not change from one house to the next.

A Note on Radon Awareness in Central Ohio

Central Ohio’s radon problem has received increasing public attention in recent years. The Columbus Dispatch’s “Invisible Killer” investigation, published in November 2025, found that the region is “ground zero for radon” in the United States, with Newark’s 43055 ZIP code recording the highest residential concentration in the country, according to a 2025 Harvard University study. The series prompted the Columbus Metropolitan Library to launch a radon monitor borrowing program across 23 branches, and Ohio Governor Mike DeWine publicly called on schools to begin testing for the gas.

Matthew and the Radon Be Gone team have served Central Ohio homeowners through this surge in awareness with the same approach they’ve used since 2006: methodical diagnosis first, custom-engineered solutions second, and post-installation verification testing on every job.
